CC came into rescue several months ago because she had numerous bleeding tumors, was very over weight and in overall poor health. Today she is tumor free, her weight is very good and she is a healthy, happy and fun loving girl that loves people, including children, other dogs and is just fine living with cats. She is approximately 5 years old with many good years ahead of her to devote herself to a loving family. CC is easy going and loves to go to the dog park, car rides or just walks around the neighborhood. She doesn't need anything more than moderate exercise and she is a great indoor companion. She is used to a doggy door in her foster home, but she has no problem waiting a reasonable amount of time (6 hours) to go potty. CC's health was restored by holistic practices and part of that health restoration requires she remain on a specified diet. It's not expensive or difficult but because she does require that and has had a history of tumors she is considered a special needs.adoption. CC is an absolute love of a dog and an easy companion dog because she is so calm, social and willing to please. Part of her history is that she was failed in the past by 3 previous owners that we know of (she ended up in a local shelter 3 different times) and I honestly can not understand why because she is one of the best dogs you'll ever meet with NO behavior issues (except maybe a weakness for food left unattended). She needs to find a loving family that will be as devoted to her as she will be to them so she never has to be abandoned again
